The Missouri News Network is made up of five professional University of Missouri news outlets:
- KBIA: Mid-Missouri’s NPR-member station.
- KOMU: The only university-owned commercial NBC affiliated in the U.S. that serves both an academic and commercial mission.
- Columbia Missourian: Digital-first community newsroom. The Missourian is acceptable on second reference. Missourian editors and students also staff the Boone County Journal.
- Vox Magazine: Cross-platform city publication. Vox is acceptable on second reference.
- Missouri Business Alert: Digital newsroom that publishes top business news.
