MU’s favorite flavor, Tiger Stripe ice cream debuted in 1989. It was developed through research efforts led by Robert Marshall, the Arbuckle Professor Emeritus, who wanted an ice cream unique to MU. Tiger Stripe is a blend of French vanilla with a Dutch chocolate swirl.
